The engineering footprint. Every vehicle. Every scenario.
The product is a physical object. The drawings below reproduce the exact plates from the AZZ&CO LABS technical dossier — same dimensions, same nomenclature, same frame. An investor sees a product that exists, not a marketing render. An engineer can reimplement it.
All drawings are schematic reproductions — dimensions are indicative to ±5 mm. The signed PDF dossier (DWG-001 to DWG-P04) is released under NDA to qualified investors.
Drop any vehicle. Watch what happens.
This is a real-time simulation of the firmware running on our P0.1 prototype. Every timing, every coil choice, every state transition is lifted directly from DWG-P02 — the classification algorithm in our engineering dossier.
Pick any electric vehicle. The pad classifies by mass in under 200 ms, selects the optimal coil, and delivers power — exactly as it does in the real prototype.
Twenty-one models grouped by category. The pad identifies the coil by mass — brand does not change the physics.
Classification · 600 milliseconds.
Interactive replay of the FSM pipeline from DWG-P02. Pick any vehicle and the real sequence plays out — sensing, classification, resonance tune, OCPP auth, power delivery. The animation is slowed ×7 for human reading.
Installation — 6 steps, 6 to 8 hours.
Chronological rebuild of a pad installation in an urban bay. Two technicians, one morning. Each step progressively adds elements to the same cross-section — from chalk outline to OCPP commissioning.
Full session lifecycle.
A charging session traverses the four layers of the system (power · controller & sensors · firmware & services · cloud). Data and energy packets move along the active edges — the same graph as DWG-004, but breathing.
Four markets. The same object dropped into four contexts.
Pencil sketches of the pad deployed in the typical scenarios of the four go-to-market motions. Approximate scale — useful for sales meetings, planning permits, and tender responses.
Pad flush with the garage floor, car parked over it, domestic 230 V single-phase panel. ADVENIR subsidy €960.
2.5×5 m standardised bay, pad centred, OCPP terminal connected to operator back-office, per-session billing. ADVENIR subsidy €2,160.
Pad flush with the pavement in front of a scooter cluster, 6 pads in parallel charging simultaneously, zero user action required.
Aligned pads in a hotel / taxi / fleet yard, OEM integration under white label, royalties per vehicle.
The all-in-one garage, in 3D.
Architectural interactive view of the residential pack: pre-sized pads for car + two-wheelers + bikes, plus an outdoor bollard. Lives on the Markets page — 360° rotation, free zoom.
One pad. Twenty-one models.
Select your model: the pad identifies its class by mass in under 200 ms and auto-selects the coil. The table below is non-exhaustive — any vehicle between 12 kg and 3,500 kg is compatible by design.
